Portland, Jamaica — Fusion Rise recently launched its first workforce development pilot programme at Portland High School, introducing students to career opportunities in the skilled trades and construction industry.
The programme provided students with exposure to workforce readiness, career pathways, mentorship, and opportunities within the growing construction sector. The initiative is part of Fusion Rise Group's commitment to creating pathways to employment and economic mobility for young people across the Caribbean.
"This pilot programme represents the beginning of our long-term commitment to workforce development in Jamaica," said Dr. Oneil Randall, Founder of Fusion Rise Group. "We are focused on helping young people discover opportunities that can lead to meaningful careers and stronger communities."
