The Fusion Rise Trades Explorer Program gives participants hands-on exposure to multiple skilled trades while helping them build confidence, job-ready skills, and pathways into employment.

We are looking for experienced tradespeople, contractors, apprentices, educators, and industry professionals who are willing to volunteer their time as trainers, mentors, guest speakers, or workshop facilitators.

As a volunteer trainer or mentor, you can help participants explore careers in areas such as framing, flooring, drywall, painting, plumbing, electrical, concrete, siding, windows and doors, insulation, general construction, and workplace safety.

Whether you can support one workshop, mentor a small group, or assist throughout the program, your experience can make a meaningful difference.
